After viewing your illustration, I still have a question. Can this stray voltage harm human beings at all? In Hawaii, there are lots of lamp posts near the beaches, and I was without shoes from time to time on and near the beaches, therefore encountering the lamps and plates with my bare, wet feet.

I really hope she sued them for Sammy’s death. This should never have happened! This is so sad and very disconcerting.

That is heartbreaking. Thank you for informing others. Sammy will not be forgotten. I will think of him and the sacrifice he made to warn us all – every time I see one of those plates. Sorry for your loss.
